Strategic review sessions were held on Saturday and Sunday, August 30 and 31, with the participation of all senior executives, middle managers, project assistants and project managers. After these meetings, the mission statement, vision, five year goals and strategy map, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats were reviewed.
