Earth and Rock Works
115 constructions Company have executed lots of earth and rock works project in Iran and abroad. Excavation and filling embankments are performed with different types of modern equipment’s such as excavators, bulldozers and rollers. Most of rollers used are equipped with Varo-Control which leads us to reach to a maximum density in all types of soils and rocks. Recently 115 Construction Company is equipped whit polygonal drum rollers which allow us to compact the soil layers up to one meter thinness. Producing Bitumen Emulsions
Bitumen emulsions were originally developed to overcome the difficulties of working with hot bitumen (MC 250), initially intended as sprays in dust palliative applications. The incentive for reduction in energy consumption in the 1970’s fuel crisis boosted the use of emulsions in stabilization of mineral aggregates, including mixing with damp material at ambient temperatures.
Marking Machine for Roads & Runways
115 Construction Company is equipped with the last model of marking machine supplied by GRUN Company in Germany. Our equipment’s are capable to perform thermoplastic applications with extrusion and screed box technique and also cold spray plastic airless processing with mixing ratios. With our equipment’s we have marked the lines for 122 kilometers main road in Afghanistan, Mehrabbad international airport runway in Tehran and all main streets in city of Kerman in south east of Iran.
Crack and Joint Sealing
To reconstruct the roads and runways, sometimes we have to perform an overlay. To do so it is necessary to seal all cracks before execution of overlay. 115 Construction Company is equipped with full sets of crack sealing machines. Many projects of roads and runways have been crack and joint sealed with our machine in various parts of Iran
Hot Mix Recycling
Hot in-place asphalt recycling is a process for rehabilitating deteriorated asphalt pavement. The operation is performed entirely on site by an equipment train and begins by applying heat to soften the wearing course of the pavement. the asphalt material, which is loosened and removed by milling devices, is mixed together with or without the addition of rejuvenation. This mixture is then spread along the roadway and compacted to complete the recycling process.
Producing Bitumen Polymer
Polymer modified asphalts have been used in the asphalt paving industry for over 60 years. However, the birth of the PG system for grading asphalts provided new impetus for increased product development and usage of polymer modified asphalts.
Producing Concrete

Cold Mix Recycling
Recycling is typically carried out as a means of treating distressed pavement structures with granular bases and relatively thin surfacing that are normally comprised of either asphalt or multiple seals. Distress in such pavements is usually manifest in the form of severely cracked asphalt layers, deformed granular layers and potholing.

Producing Crushed Materials
Since 115 Construction Company is involved with producing and performance of different types of asphalts, producing crushed stones based on Iranian specifications is one of their abilities. To produce standard crushed materials, this Company is equipped with modern jaw crushers, impact crushers, rock producing crushedto rock crushers which were supplied from famous crusher producer, MFL, in Austria.
Soil Stabilization
The potential of foamed bitumen for use as a soil binder was first realized in 1956. Since then, foamed bitumen technology has been used successfully in numerous countries with a corresponding evolution of the original bitumen foaming process as experience was gained in its use, the original process consisted of injecting steam into hot bitumen. The steam foaming system was very convenient for asphalt plants where steam was readily available, but it proved to be impractical for in-suit foaming Operations because of the need for special equipment such as steam boilers.
